Refunds attracts administrative fee of 10% of the amount and may take up to 7 working days if by Credit card

Chauffeur drive rentals must not exceed a total of 10 hours per day to prevent fatigue driving and ensure safety of both client and chauffeur

For self-drive rentals, the client must have at least 5 years driving experience, must have a valid local or international driving license issued from their home country before travel for insurance purposes. The client must be at least 25 years old. The client must sign a self-drive contract before the start of rental, and a refundable security deposit will be required

Payment is prior to the start of the rental unless expressly agreed by contract. Payment can be in cash, by credit card, wire transfer or mobile money, and cheques must clear before the rental starts

Cancellation; A penalty of 1-day rental fee will be charged for cancellations made in less than 48 hours to the start of the rental. A 10% administrative fee is payable for all cancellations

Premature termination f contract, will require the client to pay for the remaining number of days of the contract

Unlimited mileage for in city rental but mileage is charged for out of City rentals

All vehicles are comprehensively insured

Extension of rentals must be communicated to the office at least 24 hours to the end of the initial rental period

Damage to vehicles and or in cases of accident, client must report immediately to the office for the appropriate action to be taken

Self-drive rental is not permitted with cross border rentals but only chauffeur drive

Daily Rates as advertised are tax exclusive and applies to City rentals. Out of City rentals attracts extra charge plus mileage charge. Tax will be added during final quotation
